The Whole Truth

“Nicki, Nicki, NIC! Come on Nic, please you have to wake up for me! Come on! Nic! “

Safaree totally ignored what he thought he felt, and tried to get some type of response out of Nicki. When he didn’t he picked Nicki up bridal style and carried her to his black range rover. He strapped her in the back and hurried to the drivers side of his car and sped to the hospital without caring about how much he was going over the speed limit. As soon as he got o the hospital car park he found the closest parking space to the hospital entrance and quickly stopped the car the car where an unconscious Nicki was slumped in the back seat. Safaree quickly wiped at the tears that were one by one dripping down his cheeks. He again picked Nicki up bridal style and quickly made his way quickly to the hospital desk.

“Hello sir. How may we help you?” The nurse said in a rushed tone, trying to get the the root of gthe problem.

“Umm .. It’s my .. my wife. She just passed just over 20 mins again. She’s now unconscious” 

  Safaree said as the tears came quicker down his face. A pair of doctors came and took Nicki out of his arms and took her to the ward where they would put her on the drip

“Okay sir, calm down. Everything will be fine. What is your wife’s name? And was she under any kind of stress or pressure at the time that this happened?” The nurse asked typing away.

“Well we had quite a heated argument just before she passed out. And her name is Onika Samuels” Safaree said while feeling a gush of guilt running through his body knowing that this was probably his fault his wife was in this position.

“Onika Samuels .. Hmmm. Okay, Sir it may do we don’t know anything right now but as soon as we do find something out we will be sure to let you know. You may want to take a seat sir as this could take a long time” The nurse said as she got out Nicki’s folder. Safaree banged his fist on the table then stormed off outside as this was becoming all too much for him. The nurse suddenly got up and shouted for Safaree.

“Mr Samuels! Mr Samuels!” The nurse called for Safaree. He stopped and turned around to face the nurse.

“Yes?! Is there any news on my wife?”  Safaree asked desperate for answers to put his mind at ease.

“Not yet sir but I will check for you in a minute, but as Onika’s doctor isn’t here right now would you be able to tell me exactly how far along in she is in her pregnancy?”

“Ummm .. Pregnancy?!” Safaree shouted.

I love teasing you guys J Hehe. All my exams are over now, so I have a whole 4 months off till I’m going to college so I will be posting a lot :D Hope you like this little sneak peak. 12 COMMENTS AT LEAST FOR THE REST OF THE CHAPTER.
